--Ingredients

Egg 4 to 6(as required)
Bread Slice 2
Salt as required
Oil 1tbsp
Capscicum rings(as required)
Grated cheese(as required)

--Instruction

--Prepare Eggs

Take a bowl and add eggs, salt and whisk/blend well, then keep aside.

--Prepare Bread

Take bread slices and slice them according to the pan size.

--Final preparation

Take a non-stick pan, once the pan is hot, add oil.
Once the oil is hot, place the bread slice on the pan.
Pour the blended eggs over the bread on the pan.
Add grated cheese and capcicum rings.
Add more grated cheese and cover with a lid for a min on medium flame.
After a min, when the cheese has melted, open the lid and serve hot!!
