Did you know that Uganda is the second most pork consumer in the world after China?
This alone prompted me to make a video on pork in Uganda.
The pork can either be wet fried or roasted. In this case I chose the former because that’s what I prefer.
Its very common to find these local pork joints almost in every suburb and city center.
