Heim BBQ wins the 2024 Certified Angus Beef BBQ Establishment of the Year award.

Travis Heim's journey began in 2013 with a smoker from his uncle, leading to pop-up events and a growing passion for barbecue.

"We didn't really think we would open a restaurant or a food truck," Travis recalls.

But in 2015, with just $100 in their bank account, Travis and his wife, Emma, took a leap of faith and launched their first food truck in Fort Worth. By 2016, they opened their first brick-and-mortar location, which quickly became a local favorite.

Heim BBQ stands out with its dedication to using #CertifiedAngusBeef, ensuring consistency and quality in every brisket they serve.

With four locations now, Heim BBQ has grown from a small food truck operation to a Texas barbecue staple.
