Each ham has a label with a unique number.
The delivery note is always without prices and it includes the ham number.
We can include a free gift message inside an envelope.
You can order the ham in one piece, or cut into two, three or four pieces.
Choose the number of pieces on our website before adding the ham to the cart.
We include the bone cut in pieces, for use in broths and stews.
As it is a cured product, it does not require cold shipment.
Each piece is individually vacuum-packed.
They come clean of the outer rind and with just the right amount of fat ready to slice with the slicing machine, serve and eat.
Shelf life: 6 months from delivery.
You can store them in the refrigerator, or freeze them if you prefer.

The bones can also be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
