Stage Drama & Dance [ 130th Death Anniversary of Fr. Constant Lievens S.J ] The Servent of God. " Fire Must Burn."


St. Xavier’s School, Doranda under the aegis of Ranchi Jesuits is staging a drama titled "LIBIN SAHEB" to mark the 130th death anniversary of Fr. Constant Lievens, S. J. the Servant of God. This is a Hindi play which highlights the atrocities caused by the Landlords on poor and illeterate adivasis of Chhotanapgur. Fr. Constant Lievens as missionary comes to help the poor victims legally. He becomes the hero and hope for the people of Chhotanapgur and in no time the light of Christianity starts outspreading into every nook and corners of Chhotanapgur. Today the Church of Chotanapgur salutes him for his selfless service and dedication.
