The Caline Mayday (Midlander) vs The Vox Mystic Edge - Vox in a Box Pedal Shootout

We took our Vox inspired Caline Mayday (AKA Midlander) and a Vox Mystic Edge pedal. Then we gave them to a man in a studio who had never seen or heard either, let alone played through them. We gave him no time to prepare - we just started filming, to recreate the experience of 'noodling' on a pedal for the first time. The results are here to see in the video. Can you tell a difference? Can you tell enough difference to warrant the difference in price between the two?
