Busy Summer Morning Departures at Manchester Airport, Jet2, TUI & More!

Summer schedule is in full swing at Manchester, airlines like TUI and Jet2 taking people out for their summer holidays in warmer climates. This video was filmed from 6am, just before the southside runway, 23L opened up. It was pretty much non stop with aircraft movements from 6am till around 8am. Plenty to see! I stayed till midday, however chose to split this video into two, so this is the first half.

Lots to look out for including Jet2's summer lease aircraft, a pair of ETF Airways 737-800's, TUI are also leasing MAX's from Smartlynx. Jet2 also have quite a few new A321 NEO's which you'll see in this video too, some of which haven't been fully painted yet as they were required to go straight into commercial use. I also filmed one arrival, that being Manchester's newest airline, Juneyao Airlines who operate flights to Shanghai on a 787 Dreamliner
