How to make Hong Kong Style Chicken Curry港式咖喱雞 🐔

Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make Hong Kong Style Chicken Curry港式咖喱雞What is "Hong Kong-style curry"? In fact, Hong Kong-style curry is to a certain extent "Hainan curry", that is, Nanyang curry. It comes from Malaysia and Singapore. The main feature of the curry sauce is coconut milk. The sweetness of coconut milk can reduce the spiciness of the curry. People who don't normally like spicy food can also accept and enjoy eating it. It’s the best to eat it with rice because the sauce is so flavorful when eating with it together. 😋

Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken drumsticks
1 lb of Potatoes
1 Carrot
2 tomatoes
1 medium onion or 1/2 large onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp of curry powder
1 Tbsp of Turmeric powder
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of white pepper powder
1 Tbsp of Shaoxing cooking wine
1 Tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp of corn starch
1 Tbsp of water
