Healthy high protein Buns with just 2 ingredients✨🍔

Ingredients :-
🧀Rolled Oats- 55gm
🧀Salt to taste
🧀Mixed Herbs- 1/2tsp
🧀Chilli Flakes- 1/2tsp
🧀Baking Soda- 1/4tsp
🧀Greek Yogurt- 100gm
🧀Garlic Butter- 1tbsp
🧀Mozzarella Cheese- 4tbsp
Blend rolled oats into powder.
⁠Add oats and other spices along with baking soda in a bowl. Mix it well.
⁠Add in greek yogurt & fold it using a spatula.
⁠Grease your hand with little oil, take a portion & shape it into round balls.
⁠Line them in a baking dish & bake them in an airfryer at 180°C for 13 minutes. After 10 minutes flip so it is cooked from the other side also.
⁠Let it cool down, slice & make burgers or cheese toast out of it.
⁠For the cheese garlic bread- apply some garlic butter & spread some mozzarella cheese.
⁠Again bake them in an airfryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
⁠Garnish with some parsley & Enjoy😊
