Easy and Delicious Plum and Cheese Strudel

✨️PLUM AND CHEESE STRUDEL ✨️
Flaky dough with creamy cheese filling, sweet and juicy plums is all you need today! Easy to make and full of flavours! Happy baking, beautiful people!

INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry sheet dough
200g cream cheese
1 tbsp sugar
A splash of vanilla
3-4 plums
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 egg for brushing
Icing sugar for dusting

1. Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
2. Slice the plums and mix them with brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Unroll the pastry, spread the cheese in the middle, lengthwise, then add the plums.
4. Cut the pastry on each side, like a fringe, then fold these strips like a braid. Brush with milk or egg and bake it at 175C for about 35 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
