Boiled Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup cucumber (small dice)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp hot sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Butter (for toasting)
1 bagel (or your bread of choice)
Lettuce (for assembly)
Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Boil the Eggs:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Add 3 eggs and cook for 12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
After cooking, peel the eggs and mash them with a fork.

2. Prepare the Dressing:
In a bowl, mix together:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp hot sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mix everything well until smooth.

3. Combine the Eggs and Dressing:
Add the mashed eggs to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine.

4. Toast the Bagel:
Brush a pan with butter and toast the bagel until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

5. Assemble the Sandwich:
Place the bottom half of the toasted bagel on a plate.
Add a layer of lettuce.
Spoon the egg and yogurt mixture on top of the lettuce.
Grate Parmesan cheese over the mixture.

2 eggs
Dash of milk

1 tsp castor sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla bean or vanilla extract
Thick slices of brioche bread

Blueberries, raspberries, sliced pistachios
Crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon powder, sugar, and vanilla extract.
