For these little people, that small group of envious, local persons that couldn't walk the length of themselves, that do pop up now and again to try lower my standards! That won't happen, PERIOD!

*If you don't like how I speak with a crisp clearness or with my raised voice in this intro/outro video or any part of any video on my channel for that matter.

*If my videos/projects annoy you that much because of your own envious/jealous behaviour.

*If you are unhappy with something in your own life, trying to put others down (or, in this case, me) somehow makes you feel better, which is not OK! I actually feel sad really for you. What a boring pathetic life yous lead!

*I stated before that there are two videos on my channel for envious/bullies. Go watch them! I'm switched on, I'm nearly 40.

*My life's great, I do great things that I love waking up to every day! I will continue to do unique things. What have you got? Nothing!

Heres me shouting now, "I think it's time you took yourself and your subscription ELSEWHERE!"

Do not mistake my confidence for arrogance! Strange beings!!

Let's be clear on this, you wouldn't touch a skin cell on my foot! Zero negativity/negative behaviour or bad energy will be posted or fed into my channel/videos in the comment sections by wasters like you.

I will leave the comments open for the people who genuinely follow my work. The aforementioned by users will be hidden from me and the channel (I DO NOT SEE IT). It's clear, I've been through the mill. Zero-tolerance stance on any kind of envious negativity!

Jeffrey Henderson | Shamal Tandem | Compressor Beast (50 CFM+) | Tensioner/Mechanism Design & Fabrication (Part 4)

Hi Everyone,

Sorry yous had to read that!

I welcome you back to my YouTube channel. Okay, so I uploaded the third and final phase of this compressor beast project a week ago. If you haven't seen the three sections yet, have a peek. It is beyond anything you will see any place on earth. The project is incredibly comprehensive and engaging.

Part 1 focused on tumbling the vessel, while Part 2 concentrated on entire vessel cleaning and protection. Part 3 recently focused on component selection and overall installation.

In Part 3, I demonstrated mounting of all my preferred/selected components to the vessel, routing all wires and pipes, and lastly demonstrating the system operating. However, prior to that final stage, I developed two stainless steel mechanisms visible in the footage that were designed to tighten both SPZ drive belts seen here.

In this video, I show how to design and manufacture these components that will enhance this custom build. As stated in the early clips, I built the mechanism with two adjusters that could push or pull on each side of the engine on the platform with the help of these two smaller brackets.

These were mocked up via paper models to see if my design was fit for purpose and the location set before any metal work was started. The bigger brackets are designed to be directly fixed to existing holes on the compressor’s channels/motor platforms. Whilst the smaller brackets move along with the motors, by altering the special adjusters anticlockwise or clockwise. Here, the belts is set to my desired tension with ease, as no additional levers or pry bars are used.

That's it, everybody. In order to make this video shorter, I have chosen to postpone the stainless guard. Given the substantial amount of complex labour required in the project's various areas, these smart concepts.

I finish the video with a preview of the stainless steel I'll be using to create these guards. Like everything else in this venture, it's not inexpensive.

Please subscribe and click the post notifications bell to view all of my channel's recent content if you want to watch this project beast develop.

This safety guard will now be the subject of a final part 5 that will concentrate on design, manufacturing, and assembly. Until I reach that point, I won't know if this is one guard, two guards, two pieces, or four pieces.

Other intriguing projects, including my unique mechanical iris/aperture, my one-of-a-kind Green Beast E-bike, and my unique smart glove, will also be coming up shortly.

As previously stated, you will not see these types of efforts anywhere else. I've put in a lot of time, effort, and attention to all these projects since I was a child in order to accomplish what I do on my own. Please keep an eye on this channel as things are only starting to get more exciting.

Thank you, and goodbye
