I am cleaning up very dirty heat baseboards. I just bought this house and need to do a good cleaning of the baseboards. Cleaning the heating baseboard also helps heat the room more efficiently. it appears the previous owners never cleaned the baseboards. First, I vacuum of surface dust. Afterward, I use a blow gun and clear all dirt and whatever off the baseboard heat elements.
