New ETA-9089 form : what to do for EB2 NIW

The Department of Labor issued a new form ETA-9089 but USCIS still has not provided guidance on it. So, what should you do when it comes to your NIW petition? Remember, you do need to attach this form in EB-2 National Interest Waiver applications.
