1991 Rockford Fosgate Punch 75HD Amp on the Amp Dyno

If you know car audio from the 80's and 90's, you know the Rockford Fosgate Punch HD series amplifiers. Here we test the Punch 75HD, a modestly rated amplifier at 37.5w/ch at 4 ohms stereo or 120W bridged at 4 ohms. These HD series amplifiers touted "the unusual capability of running stereo and mono simultaneously with no additional adapters required, allowing for mono woofer, stereo midrange/tweeter system configurations."

The Punch 75HD was available from late 1990 until early 1992 and sold at a MSRP of $399 US. The HD series amplifiers were very popular and many competitors used these amplifiers on the car audio competition scene.
