🍖 Japanese-Style Cheese Pork Cutlet Recipe:

Ingredients:
‣ 500g pork loin steaks 🍖
‣ Grated cheese (Bega or any type) 🧀
‣ Panko breadcrumbs 🍞
‣ Plain flour 🌾
‣ 1-2 eggs 🥚
‣ Cabbage (thinly sliced) 🥬
‣ A few small tomatoes (for garnish) 🍅
‣ Salt & pepper (to season) 🧂
‣ Cooking oil for frying

For the Sauce:
‣ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
‣ 2 tablespoons ketchup
‣ 2 tablespoons white sugar
‣ 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
‣ ½ teaspoon black pepper
