RULES:
1. Only Vivi may fight enemies, and he may not do so until all other characters are dead.
2. Until everyone except Vivi is dead, the only action all characters can take is to knock themselves out. Vivi may attack other characters.
3. Chocobo hot and cold may be used, but only to obtain items that can already be obtained using available means (no early robe of lords)
4. No hacks or glitches.
5. If Vivi dies, the game must be reset.
