Plasma Deck turns Chips into Mult and vice versa, whichever one is larger filling out the other. A +100 Chips Joker becomes +50 Chips and +50 Mult. If you can get enough Chips, you can win with Chips only, even on higher stakes. However, getting "enough" Chips is not at all guaranteed. This one was a struggle. Total banger, though.
