This is one of the very few so-called 'T-ARA Dance Rehearsal Videos' that isn't fake. It is from summer of 2011{?} before a Japanese Tour/Concert. They are learning/rehearsing a number of songs here, and Hwayoung has just joined T-ARA, and they are having to modify the existing choreography to accommodate a 7-member line up.
The songs they practice here are: Make-Me-Crazy, Why-RU-Being-Like-This{Wae Ireoni}, Roly-Poly, & Breaking-Up

REGARDING FAKE T-ARA Dance-Rehearsal Videos: Most of them are done by a Korean Dance crew started in 2011 to compete in KPOP Dance Contest. The group was called UFZS, and is now mostly a Japanese dance group called: Up-Up-Girls

"Our dance instructor and our CEO Kim Kwangsoo personally taught us the steps. Whether it was because he was tired out but practices were always short but cruel. Our CEO used to be a former member of the dance team 'Partners' in the past. There was even a dance battle between the two of them on the spot because of that. We finally got to see our CEO's dance skills. It was above our expectations."

REGARDING T-ARA CEO Kim Kwangsoo: Whatever criticisms one may harbor towards him, he undoubtedly took a bunch of raw talent, and turned them into one of the most awesome Girl Groups of all time. CCM/T-ARA stategy from 2008-2014 was Incredible. Even with current shortcomings, MBK still does BRILLIANTLY in staging their full-blown concerts
You can actually gain a good insight into Mr. Kwangsoo, and his relationship with the members of T-ARA by watching the first episode of "Hello Baby" and "T-ara.com"

NOTE: Almost all of the videos on YouTube claiming to be T-ARA Dance Practices / Rehearsals are fakes, and are usually the Dance Crew known as UFZS. You can tell because they are so blurry that it is impossible to make out any member with clarity.
