The West Virginia Mountaineers and the Pitt Panthers renewed the "Backyard Brawl" in Pittsburgh and the rivalry certainly lived up to the hype. In the 107th edition of the brawl, Pitt rallied from a 10-point deficit to win, 38-34. With just over 3 minutes remaining, Eli Holstein turned 2nd & 30 into a huge touchdown, and after a stop for the defense Holstein led the Panthers on a game-winning drive that culminated in a touchdown run by Derrick Davis Jr. Holstein finished the game 21-30 for 360 total yards and 3 passing touchdowns.
