This recipe is inspired by Steak and Butter Gal's beef and egg muffin. Initially, I made it with beef and eggs, but I found the flavor off-putting due to the beef's blood/juice mixing with the eggs. I decided to experiment with a 1 lb log of sausage I had in my freezer, and the results were much better. Here's the adjusted recipe:

Ingredients: 1 lb sausage, 6 eggs, 1/4 cup feta cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Mold the sausage into the muffin tin to form a little bowl, mix eggs and feta cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes, but start checking after 20 minutes, as cooking times may vary depending on your oven and muffin tins.
