Omnimon is probably the best character in the game. Transcendant Sword and Garuru Cannon are VERY powerful and not to be underestimated. Transcendant Sword and Garuru Cannon x2 will stun most opponents, and is easy to do, due to the considerable knockback from the first hits. Follow this up with a Transcendant Sword right next to them, and watch a nice chunk come off. Repeat until your blue bar is full and then stun again and use your ultimate to finish off your opponent. Reapermon probably has more powerful attacks, but they're both short ranged attacks so not really useful against foes with any type of ranged attack. Still, Reapermon has the best up close basic attack. Imperialdramon Paladin Mode is probably the only contender to Omnimon in my opinion, though he's slightly weaker and his ultimate is easier to avoid. He is however faster, and easier to combo with.
