You can use Photoshop Elements to change a background to anything you want but there are some tricks to get the best effect. In the background we will be doing a photoshop elements change sky process, basically adding in a new background photo which includes a sky to replace the background in the original image which had no sky. Lots of photos can be greatly improved with an Adobe Photoshop Elements change background project.
