Catch & Cook: Northern PIKE Tacos - Kayak Fishing the Black Hills South Dakota

In the first episode of my Black Hills of South Dakota miniseries, we're kayak fishing the beautiful Pactola Reservoir in search of big northern pike, tasty rainbow trout and largemouth bass. The wind makes things difficult, but we grind through a tough bite to take home dinner. Then, back in our RVs, we're showing you how to filet and cook up the ultimate fish tacos using northern pike.
