Sopa de Pollo Boricua (Puerto Rican Chicken Soup)

Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you a highly requested video of sopa de pollo or chicken soup my way!
Here are the ingredients:


2 chicken breasts, 3 chicken thighs with some of the skin removed(seasoned with Adobo Goya, oregano and cumin to your taste)
4 garlic cloves
2 potatoes
3 to 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 to 5 sprigs cilantro
1/2 cup sofrito Here's my video on a small batch of sofrito

1 tsp oregano
1 chicken buillion cube or packet
1 teaspoon of my sazon You can watch it here    • Home made Sazon (Goya or Knorr) Seaso...  
or 1 packet of your favorite Sazon(like Goya)
1 cup of soup noodles
10 cups water
