MULBERRY CREAM. Check out this mouth-watering dessert recipe – mulberry cream. Fresh mulberries are cooked with castor sugar, lemon juice and some water till they get a sauce like consistency. To serve, fresh mulberries are added to glass, topped with ice cream, prepared sauce and whipped cream. So beautiful and soul-satisfying taste. All the mulberry lovers must try it! Ingredients

25-30 mulberries, stemmed and roughly chopped
Fresh mulberries as required
½ cup castor sugar
1 lemon wedge
10 vanilla ice cream scoops
Whipped cream as required
Mint sprigs for garnish

Method

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add mulberries, castor sugar. Squeeze lemon and add ¼ cup water and mix well. Cook for 5- 6 minutes. Mash the mixture slightly. Allow to cool.
2. Transfer mulberries in serving glasses. Top it up with vanilla ice cream and cooked mulberry mixture.
3. Pipe whipped cream on top and place some more mulberries on top.
4. Place 1½ scoops of ice cream. Drizzle some more mulberry mixture on top and finally pipe some more whipped cream on top.
5. Garnish with mulberries, mint sprig and serve chilled.
