We had the honor of undertaking the structural restoration of 1.2 km long, 2-meter cantilevering lime concrete chajja (sunshade) that gracefully encircles the Rashtrapati bhavan. This project was a blend of innovation and our respect for Indian history.

Structural retrofitting rarely requires 3D Lidar Scanning and CNC cutting, but they were key elements of this ACI award winning project. Besides, we set up monitored cathodic protection, FRP based custom lightweight formwork
and used M25 grade structural lightweight concrete.

Every detail done on this heritage structure was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring we not only restore its historical charm but it also stands strong for generations to come. We have documented it here in a short video for you.
