ट्रेन मे Vendors की overcharging की शिकायत पर IRCTC ​⁠ का Rapid Action 😡😳

A complaint was filed for overcharging by IRCTC vendors in train . First Catering manager came and insisted to take complaint back and when denied he started showing aggression& attitude, later he came with 4-5 pantry staff members to pressurise for taking complaints back . I was recording the whole matter so One of them tried to snatch my phone and hit me .
On Duty police officer came and gave warning to them and noted down the matter ( Didn’t know- what action they have taken or not ).
After my follow-up @irctc.official told me that service provider has been warned and penalised .

@consumeraffairs_goi @consumerforumofindia rules are being violated in trains on daily bases.
People are tired from this , this should be monitored strictly ✅

@ecateringirctc @irctc.official might be receiving repetitive complaints of overcharging then why it’s not improving???
When you know the whole thing and not improving it since long time , you are encouraging them to do it again and again.
