Colchester Castle and Castle Park, Colchester, England

Colchester, England - This is a walk to Colchester Castle Park, leading to Colchester Caste, and incredible museum with a collection that spans 2000 years from the iron age to current history. After visiting the castle, we walked around Colchester and passed the Visitor Information Centre, Town Hall and St. Michael's Church. Colchester, England first town, was Roman Britain's capitol.

If you visit the Castle, be sure to use the pad offered (like an iPad) to get more information on the items in the museum. This pad turned Roman soldier grave markers from stone-coloured to brightly coloured with a lot of red, as it would have looked at the time they were created. Also, don't miss the basement prisons where the Witchfinder General interrogated his subjects.
