PERFECT RECIPE FOR COCONUT CUBES

Hi guys, here comes the recipe for perfect coconut cubes

Ingredients:
Eggs.............................................................................2
Sugar....................................................................250 gr
Oil........................................................................100 ml
Milk.....................................................................100 ml
Flour.....................................................................300 gr
Baking powder.....................................................12 gr

Chocolate topping:

Milk.....................................................................200 ml
Butter...................................................................200 gr
Sugar....................................................................250 gr
Chocolate............................................................100 gr
Coconut............................................................150 gr

Mix all the ingredients for the biscuit according to the steps as in the video. Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, check with a toothpick whether it is baked. Remove and let cool.
While the biscuit is baking, make the chocolate topping from the ingredients listed for the topping. Leave the topping to cool as well. Cut the biscuit into equal cubes, dip in the topping, and then in the coconut. Enjoy
