Hyundai i20 1.2i - Gearbox Swap (HD)

The car is a 2019 Hyundai i20 1.2i and it has a hole in the gearbox, so we have to change it. It can drive a couple of meters, but basically it's seized due to running dry from the previous owner. I towed it from the seller with my bmw, that has had a clutch and dual to single mass flywheel swap before that (can watch it here    • BMW e39 - Dual to Single Mass Flywhee...  ) so now it phas paid itself off. The ride was extreme, as the trailer was very wide, like a HD truck.. :)

- 2x 6t Jack stands
- jack up for 500 mm hight
- another jack up for the gearbox
- set of nuts
- ratchet big and small
- ratchet extender long and short
- 12 mm wrench
- 13 mm wrench
- 14 mm wrench
- breaker bar
- impact gun for quick bolts removal (not a must)
- hammer
- buck (not sharp)
- cable sheers
- bolts organizer
- manual oil pump
- gloves

Material:

- thread glue
- grease
- swap gearbox of the same type
- wires for supporting the loose steering knuckles
- anti dust sacks for the half-axles
- black zip tie
- gearbox oil appr. 1.6 L
