Huge $630 Weekly Costco Grocery Haul For Our Family of 13

Welcome! We made another stop at Whole Foods and finished the rest of our shopping at Costco, spending around $630 to feed our family of 13.

In this video, I’m walking you through everything we picked up to create simple, real food meals for our big family. While I don’t go into the full meal plan in the video, I’ve listed last week’s meals below for anyone looking for ideas. Starting in just two weeks, we will be vlogging meals and recipes!

Breakfasts
Scrambled eggs with goat cheese + sautéed greens, sourdough toast, Watermelon Electrolyte Sipper

Yogurt parfait jars with strawberries, granola, and raw honey

Lunches
Chicken salad lettuce wraps with cucumber slices, homemade
lemonade
Taco bowls: taco-seasoned ground beef, salsa, avocado, cheese, Siete chips, and any other favorite toppings!
Turkey & cheese sourdough sandwiches with pickled carrots and Strawberry Hibiscus Cooler

Dinners
Bison & Veggie Chili Bowl [RECIPE] topped with sauerkraut and served with
Watermelon Electrolyte Sipper
Grass-fed burgers with sweet potato wedges, herbed aioli, microgreen salad
and Blueberry Lemonade Water
Bison meatballs (Make extra) in tomato sauce with roasted zucchini
and sourdough garlic toast

Snacks
Nectarines and cashews
Frozen yogurt bark with berries
Sourdough discard brownie squares
Dates with butter, topped with sea salt
Fresh mangos and pistachios
Homemade queso dip with veggie sticks
