Installation of Audiovisual Art and Live Performance - with modular synth, ring modulator, audio analysis of water sounds, and RGB light on the fountain.

A synesthetic and immersive experience of frequencies:
The project is a collaboration between multidisciplinary artist Federico Murgia and composer Yu Oda. The aim of the collaboration is to build an immersive system of a fountain, creating and interconnecting both visual and sonic forms of frequencies, which the audience will synesthetically experience. The system features characteristics of water with the use of additional audio and light, allowing it to artistically develop and manipulate the presence of water. Through various frequencies of those, all the aspects that the fountain creates are synchronized and related to each other on different levels.

Yu Oda is a composer based in the the Netherlands. His activities include composing for various ensembles/musicians as well as performing live electronics. The list of his compositions has a wide range of styles, and they are characterized in exploring groove and sound colour. Such as open gallery, classic concert hall, underground venue, theatre, radio, film, and religious ceremony, his works have been presented in a wide range of occasions and recognized internationally.
