How to Save Worksheet as PDF In Landscape Mode
In this excel tutorial for beginners I’ll show you how to save worksheet as pdf in landscape mode without cutting off any data and without losing formatting. If you have a wider data table its always to best to change the orientation to landscape from portrait. This will help you save excel as pdf on one page also print excel sheet in a4 size full page landscape. Now let’s follow the procedure to convert excel to pdf without page breaks.
Click on Page layout menu and then click on orientation. Now click on the landscape. This will save excel as pdf in landscape. Now we need to do something so that our data fit to page.

Now click on the page setup arrow and then click on margin and center the data by check marking “Vertically” and “Horizontally”. You can also setup margins here. Now let’s save this excel worksheet as pdf in landscape on one page.
Step 1: Click on “File”
Step 2: Click on “Save As”
Step 3: From the dropdown select PDF
Step 4: Click on “Options”
Step 5: Select “Active worksheet” and click “OK”
Step 6: Now click on save and done.

You’ve just converted excel to pdf in landscape mode. You can even print excel spreadsheet on one page in landscape orientation if you setup your worksheet like I did here. This is how you save excel as pdf.
