Get ready for next our learning session titled, "Understanding Hogan assessments and leveraging it" by Gayatri Krishnamurthy at 6:30 pm on 5 February.

The session will covered the 3 main inventories of Hogan. Through a case study we will learn how Hogan can be used and then a few fun and games around Hogan concepts related to coaching competencies.

Brief bio : Gayatri is an alumnus of XLRI and has been a coach and Hogan practitioner for more than a decade. She has 35+ years of experience. She has led projects across Leadership Assessments, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development and Organization Effectiveness. She writes regularly in publications and journal and is currently Director-Publication and Research in ICF Bengaluru charter chapter.
