Hey Dosto ! I can't believe it, but I'm just as shocked as you are. Back when I got braces, there were hardly any videos on YouTube about it. That's exactly why I started vlogging my braces journey - to share every little detail with you all. I made sure to include everything my doctor told me and all the information I gathered from Google.

But a few weeks ago, I came across some news that completely rocked my world. It turns out, for most people, retainers might need to be worn for a lifetime! Can you believe it? It all depends on how well your teeth align with your jaw.

Now, even though this thought kind of scares me, I have to say that I don't regret getting braces. The process has been worth it so far, and I've seen some great results. But I can't help but wonder... what if I have to wear retainers for the rest of my life?

So yeah, it's definitely something to think about. But for now, I'll definitely share with you when I get my retainers off and hope for the best.
