Stepney is enjoying his new life on the Bluebell Railway, but when his new friends are terrorized by the appearance of a married couple on the line, he vows to uncover the truth behind this new danger. But only his friend, Fenchurch, knows how tragic the circumstances for these strange apparitions truly are…
