Poor man's lobster is so tasty with cod and so easy to make and the cod definitely has a hint of lobster taste to it but it's so much softer than the lobster meat it falls apart in your mouth if you haven't tried you give it a go honesty you will love it. dont let the name poor mans lobster put you off it tastes amazing
