I've now hired my first three virtual assistants; a general VA, an SEO VA, and a social media VA. While interviewing them I asked them these 17 questions (and a few follow ups).

My process was to get them on Skype, ask a few of these questions, do a little chit chat and see how well they were able to speak with me, and then I would email them all these questions, some of which were repeated from the call, and then have them respond via email. That book has completely changed the hiring process at my marketing agency www.mwi.com and has been extremely helpful during the VA hiring process.

And in case you're wondering where the #05 VA video went, it's a bit more complicated because it's going to be made up of clips from Skype video interviews I did, and frankly I don't have the time/expertise to edit all the videos down and together. I'm currently looking for a videographer VA to handle that :)
