With The Conwy Quest (   • The Conwy Quest - 8F & Jubilee to Bla...  ) main line special running to Blaenau Ffestiniog the opportunity was taken to run footplate rides at the station using De Winton 'Chaloner' and Quarry Hunslet 'Hugh Napier'.

We first see the locomotives at Blaenau Ffestiniog during their footplate ride duties, before moving onto the journey home (with Moelwyn for company) captured working uphill towards Power Station Summit at Tanygrisau, Tan-y-bwlch and between Penrhyn and Minffordd.

With Chaloner, Moelwyn and the bug boxes put away at Minffordd finally we see Hugh Napier return to Boston Lodge, were she was put to bed in the Old Engine Shed.
