My i7 Alpha ran into a failure after a month of normal use. It appears to be a problem at POST (Power On Self Test). It cannot get pass the boot screen and pressing F2/F12 will not go into boot/BIOS.

Things I've tried:
1) Disconnected power over night
2) Swapped out HDD
3) Disconnected power, then held power button for 60 sec.
4) Followed other troubleshooting steps on http://dell.com/support/article/us/en...

It was still under warranty, so Dell overnighted an empty box to send it in for repair.
