In this film I visit a famous filming location for 'Dad's Army'.
This is actually Brandon Railway Station in Suffolk which doubles as the the station at 'Walmington-on-Sea'. The episode is entitled 'The Big Parade''.
Brandon station was due to be demolished as well as the signal box. I have now heard as of 2020 that it is about to become a listed building and safe from demolition.
