POLYTOPIA TIP: OPTIMAL Cymanti single warrior OPENING

This is the optimal single warrior way to start off your Cymanti economy. t0 Fungi and move shaman towards resources. T1 get a warrior and boost. Go where there are resources to find villages. t3 get your second fungi. This sets you up for 12 stars, 5 stars per turn (SPT) and on t4 double village capture.

In larger maps, especially archipelago, single warrior Cymanti opening is almost always better than double warrior

There are risks to this approach. If the first warrior finds a ruin, if terrain has few mountains/forest, or on tiny maps where there is risk of losing your shaman, then a second boosted warrior to go for double t5 capture after the ruin t4 is preferable. Besides a two boosted warrior opening, the other common Cymanti opening is t1 explorer on tiny/small maps.
