A quick guide on how to easily get ice gloves at level 3 with the help of a few friends.

A few tips:

1. You do NOT need to start Heroes Quest to access the Ice Queen Lair. Many people think this is essential because getting Ice Gloves is part of the quest, but anyone with 50 Mining can enter the cave at White Wolf Mountain.

2. Bring 2-3 friends with you as you run through the cave. Many areas are multi-combat, meaning that you could die easily. To avoid this bring 5-6 Guthix rests (which boost HP +5 or simply heal 5) as you run through the cave. Use the rest of your inv for sharks and a recoil or two.

For attacking the Ice Queen:

DO NOT have another person attack the queen, EVEN IF YOU DEALT DAMAGE. Even if they hit a 0, they will be awarded with the kill (possible bug). Make sure that all you do is deal damage and have a friend use Curse to change targets and then have them recoil to the death.

When running out of food, have you and your friends drop food for the other friend that is recoiling the queen. Don't try to trade because it'll make the fight riskier, especially with the rest of the monsters in the throne room.
