On Saturday 27th April, I took a ride along the full route of the Volk's Electric Railway as it had been a while since I last rode on the railway. Aside from a short delay, it was a pleasant journey and lovely to ride the railway again. I definitely recommend visiting it when you can. As a bonus, on the way home, i saw lMS black 5 no. 44871 with the Great Britain XVI railtour near Old Oak Common, but unfortunately, I didn't manage to record any footage or take a photo as my train was passing it by the time i slotted it, but i also saw the night riviera sleeper and a vivarail class 230 at Reading Traincare Depot. #train #greatwesternrailway
