This video shows the four places on a McPherson strut front suspension that affect camber settings: 1) The top mount (ie: camber plate), 2) Adjustable lower control arms, 3) Ride height, and 4) the Strut-to-spindle interface.

Not all McStrut cars have that 4th adjustment, but many do - a slotted hole in the strut clamp at the spindle can alter camber by 1-3 degrees. It is tricky to set, but we show several tricks on this step in the video.
