The legacy of Leogate Estate Wines dates back to the original founder of the winery, Len Evans AO OBE, in the 1970s. Over the decades, Leogate have built a reputation for producing quality Hunter Valley Semillon, Shiraz, and Verdelho, to name a few. Owners of Leogate’s renowned Brokenback vineyard, Bill and Vicki Widin produce specialty high-altitude wines along with Hunter Valley classics.
