This Starter home is a 1 story easy play home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It includes a TV, PC, light gardening a kiddie pool, sandbox, meditation stool, dollhouse and other toddler necessities for entertainment and skill building.

Remember, lot cost is not included and you will have to factor in the lot price - when placed on a 20x20 lot (§1500 Simoleons) The home total is under 20k and makes a perfect no money cheat starter for a single sim.

§17,963 reflects the house cost with no cc gallery art - for whatever reason, artwork price isn't factored into the house price while building and only shows once it's been placed on another lot. - The House will show as §90 cheaper on the gallery as it doesn't include the §90 worth of art in the price.

Play Notes: If visiting sims walk through the back sliding door to get to the front door click on the door and lock for everyone but household members.

It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects
