Let's go through how to make the Cleo flouncy shirt mini dress sewing pattern step by step! If you are looking for a perfect dress that will get you through the seasonal transition periods, Cleo might just be it!
The dress features a beautifully simple shirted bodice with a collar, long sleeves, and a loose fit. The skirt is wonderfully voluminous and flounces as you walk due to the seven godets sewn into it.
This time I made a prototype for myself, and the final version of the pattern for my dear friend Lorraine! Not only did that mean that I didn't end up with two of the same dresses, but I could make something for a friend AND showcase the dress in a larger size to give you a better idea of what the design would look like on different bodies #sizeinclusivefashion
