Sharing Ayurveda tips from an Ayurvedic doctor in this video. This is from my visit to Vrindavan Chikitsalyam in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh - an Ayurveda centre and I had the opportunity to have a q&a with the doctors there. so sharing a few tips that can benefit everyone in their daily life and also specific health tips for women.

From mindful eating practices and dietary choices to daily routines here are 10 lifestyle tips that promote health and wellness.

During my stay at Vaidyaratnam Vrindavan Ayurveda Chikitsalayam, a Kerala Ayurvedic Centre nestled in the hills of Himachal Pradesh, I had the privilege of engaging in a brief conversation with the Resident doctors- Dr. Rajgopal Menon and Dr. Akanksha Soni. Their profound knowledge and expertise in Ayurveda focused on the essential elements of this ancient system of medicine and its application to our modern lifestyles. One of the remarkable aspects of my consultation was the pulse analysis (Nadi Pariksha) which is a traditional method of an Ayurvedic checkup and it helps to understand the body constitution for further course of treatment. Along with this they also shared a few lifestyle and dietary tips which help align our body and Mind. Their commitment to preserve the heritage of Kerala Ayurveda through their traditional Nadi Pariksha and rejuvenating treatments, made this a very holistic experience for me.
